How BakX bookings work?
Accept the request
Accept the booking request on your driver app or web portal. All trip details will be shown before you accept.
Drive to pickup location
After accepting, call the customer to confirm then go to the pickup location.
Drive to drop-off location
Take the load to drop-off location, offload and get paid by the client.

How do l get paid?
You get paid directly by the client by cash or Immediate EFT.
How much do l pay BakX?
For bookings, you only pay for finished trips. We normally charge 10% only. No monthly fees. BakX is prepaid, you should have funds in your app wallet to accept booking requests.
For Quote Requests, you only pay for the leads you received. You can activate or deactivate the Quote Requests feature in your account settings.
Which vehicles are acceptable?
Single cab bakkies preferable without canopy (Double cabs are not accepted). Sizes: Mini-van, 1 ton and 1.5 ton. Drop-side trucks and Closed body trucks. Sizes: 4 ton and 8 ton.
Who pay assistants?
It is driver’s responsibility to bring assistant(s) if requested on the trip. Driver will pay the assistants from the trip amount.
What’s the important information to keep in mind?
Handle customer’s stuff with delicate care, respect clients and be at pickup location in time.
How long does registration take?
All documents will go through manual verification, this may take up to 2 working days. You may also be required to add your bank card.
Which smartphone can l use?
Our driver app is currently available for Android devices only (with google play services). Your phone should have at least 2GB RAM to run the Driver app.
